Trade only Policy
Kurate Jewellery operates a strictly trade only policy.
Kurate Jewellery operates a single pricing structure for all customers. All prices quoted on this site are nett and exclusive of VAT.
Due to fluctuations in the prices of Silver and Gold, our prices are subject to change without prior notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for the product at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.
At Kurate Jewellery we make every effort to ensure all goods dispatched are in excellent condition. Should there be a problem or a fault with any of our goods please let us know as soon as possible and once you have let us please return them. All problems / faults need to be reported within seven days of receiving a product.
All goods are covered by a one-year guarantee from our date of sale against manufacturing faults. We will offer our customers an exchange, repair, or issue a credit for the faulty item at our discretion. Our guarantee does not cover customer neglect or damage. Please ensure that goods are adequately packaged when returning them.
We have the right to hold goods if an order has been placed and we are awaiting payment. Goods will be held for no more than 7 working days before being returned to stock. You will then need to place a new order.
How to pay
All goods are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of full payment and most dispatched the same day as receipt of full payment.
We accept payment in the following ways;
We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Solo.
By Cheque. All cheques made payable to Kurate International LTD.
Please note that there is no credit card surcharge. Paying by credit card gives you up to 56 days credit, depending on your statement date.
Payment is due with order in ALL cases.
When you register as a new customer there is a minimum of £125 excluding VAT on your first order. After your first order there will be no minimum order.
