We put together a list of general questions we have received from customers over the years. However we do understand that every customer is different, so if you have a different question please do not hesitate to pick up the phone and ask any question that comes to mind.
How do I place an order?
We can take your order over the phone, online, by post and by fax. We recommend that our customers place orders online, where you can see all our new and up to date products. Once you place an order, a member of our team will get in contact with you to take payment before your order is dispatched.
We offer 5% discount to all orders placed online. However, we are available 9-am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays to assist you if you need help. Orders can be placed online 24/7.
Why do I need to register?
We are a trade only jewellery wholesaler which means we only sell to other businesses. We require businesses to register to ensure they are genuine trade customers. Registering means that you can place an order 24/7 online.
Why can’t I see your prices?
Only our trade customers can see our prices once they have registered for an account and been approved by the Kurate team.
How do I become a customer?
As long as you are a trade customer then becoming a customer is easy. All you need to do is click “Register” in the top right-hand corner of the website and fill in your details. Once you submit your details we will receive an email to approve you as a customer. Once we approve you then you will be able to place your first order. This usually takes 24 hours. However, in the busy period and over weekend it may take a little longer.
How long will it take to register before I can place an order?
Once you fill in your registration details online a member of our team will approve your account. Once you are approved you will receive an email confirming your registration and your account will usually be up and running for you to place an order by the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
If you place an order before 2pm on a working day your order will usually be dispatch the same day. For more information, please click here to visit our Delivery page.
How do I reset my password?
If you select the ‘Forgot my password’ link on the log in page you will be able to change your password by following the instructions. However, if you are unsure how to do this you can phone the office and a member of the Kurate team can reset your password for you.
Do your products come boxed?
All our products are unbranded, so therefore our products will just come bagged.
Most of our customers prefer to use their own branding for products so this makes it easier for them to brand the products if we don’t. You can purchase boxes with the Kurate brand if you would like to or we can recommend a packaging company if you need a supplier.
I placed an order and I forgot to add something, what do I do?
Give us a call and we can try and add it to the order you have already placed. Please note we cannot guarantee the same delivery date if we do not receive the request for additional items in enough time.
Returns and exchange policy
We value you as a customer so please let us know if have any issues with your order.
Kurate Jewellery makes every effort to ensure all goods dispatched are in excellent condition. Should there be a problem or a fault with any of our goods please contact us directly and let us know the details. We recommend that you get in contact as soon as possible and return the goods within seven days. All goods are covered by a one-year guarantee from our date of sale against manufacturing faults. We will exchange, repair or issue accredit for the faulty item at our discretion. This guarantee does not cover customer neglect or damage. Please ensure that goods are adequately packaged.
Is your jewellery Hallmarked?
Where legally required, all our jewellery is hallmarked. Any silver item weighing over 7.78g, and any gold item weighing over 1 gram is hallmarked. All silver items are stamped 925 and gold items are stamped 375.
Can you supply pictures?
Yes. The best part of being a Kurate customer is that you have access to all our product images in the customer hub section.
What ring sizes do you stock?
We stock ladies rings from J - R with the option of selecting small, medium, and large.

Are chains individually bagged?
Yes, all our chains are individually bagged. Most of our customers order chains in bulk, so the good thing about our chains being individually bagged is that they don’t have to worry about sorting through them when they receive them.
